Battlestar Galactica Daybreak Pt. 2 via Hulu, but Where's Captioning?
WOW! It's great that I can embed in my blog an entire episode of one of my favorite television shows via Hulu. Yay! However, my daughter's hard of hearing and I may have to write Hulu and ask them to provide captioning for the shows or step on the toes of people providing video to Hulu to provide captioned episodes. The SciFi Channel site (or should I say SyFy Channel?) doesn't provide captioning of its episodes online either. What's up with that? Do they not know that there are deaf people who love science fiction?
Hulu's involvement with One Laptop Per Child program is to be commended, but what about hard of hearing children who'd just like to watch television online via Hulu? Guess I'll have to write them a letter.
Previous Battlestar Galactica post. Part 2 of Daybreak is the show's final episode.

You know, I posted a response to this post but I think I did it on the wrong post, lol!!!
Anyway - I agree Hulu and Fancast do need CC. I thought I saw it once on Fancast but I've never been able to get it working again. And my laptop speakers are so bad that if I can't find my headset I need the closed captioning!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
Love the picture of you and your son doing the goofy face thing!
Ignore the comment about "goofy face thing" picture - that was another blogger! I guess my caffeine hasn't kicked in yet.
But do you have a son and do you have any goofy face pictures? I always like those, lol!
Man, I'm behind. I still have 5 episodes left on BSG to watch!
